Votewave Consultancy is currently hiring Assembly Resource Managers (ARMs) across Punjab for an active field-based role. We are looking for dynamic, locally connected candidates who can build community networks and gather ground-level insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct extensive fieldwork within the assigned Assembly Constituency.
Build, expand, and coordinate local volunteer and community networks.
Gather public feedback, local issues, and ground-level insights.
Identify key community influencers and local members.
Support WhatsApp network expansion and daily communication activities.
Track local developments and submit regular activity reports.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate degree preferred.
Strong working knowledge of the local area and community.
Mandatory to own a bike and a smartphone.
Good communication and people-handling skills.
Comfortable with field-based work and local travel.
Fluency in Punjabi and Hindi is compulsory; English is optional.
Local candidates are given preference.
Compensation & Benefits:
Monthly salary of ₹21,000 (₹18,000 fixed salary plus ₹3,000 fuel compensation).
