Assistant Manager - Customer Support

Property Angel is currently seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee our customer support operations in Bengaluru. In this role, you will lead the support team, handle critical escalations, and drive service excellence for our property owners and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

• Directly manage daily customer support activities across calls, email, WhatsApp, and Freshdesk.
• Take charge of complex owner and tenant escalations, investigating root causes and coordinating internal resolutions.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate support executives to maintain high service standards.
• Collaborate closely with Operations, Accounts, Leasing, and Maintenance teams to streamline workflows.
• Ensure proper utilization of ticketing systems, maintain accurate records, and develop standard operating procedures.
• Analyze support metrics and feedback to generate weekly and monthly performance reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 5 to 8 years of professional background in customer service, success, operations, or relationship management.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in leading a customer support team.
• Hands-on familiarity with ticketing tools such as Freshdesk, Zoho Desk, or Zendesk.
• Background in real estate, property management, hospitality, or banking is preferred.
