Data Entry Junior Accountant - Neo Homes

Neo Homes is hiring a Data Entry / Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounts, billing tasks, and digital record keeping at our office. We are looking for a reliable candidate with strong basic numerical skills and hands-on familiarity with Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize customer and supplier files while updating ledger information.
• Log daily transactions accurately in spreadsheet templates and accounting programs.
• Verify invoice specifics, billing entries, and incoming payment receipts.
• Assist senior finance staff with routine month-end reconciliation and daily balance checks.
• Track pending accounts receivable, customer dues, and vendor payout schedules.
• Handle essential bookkeeping entries, bank activity logs, and GST paperwork.
• Compile regular office administrative summaries and file operational records.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Educational background: B.Com, M.Com, or an accounting diploma.
• Comfortable with numeric processing, precise data entry, and file management.
• Practical understanding of bookkeeping principles and core accounting concepts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (familiarity with Tally Prime or basic GST concepts is a plus).
• Effective communication abilities and keen eye for detail.
