Field Executive Retail Onboarding AGRIM

Xpropoint Research & Marketing is bringing on board Field Onboarding Executives for the AGRIM project across Amravati and surrounding territories. The role centers on engaging local retail shopkeepers and helping them transition onto the digital platform.

Key Field Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily visits to assigned retail outlets and interact with shop owners.
• Present AGRIM offerings, highlighting business benefits and service advantages.
• Assist shopkeepers through registration, smartphone app installation, account activation, and mandatory KYC verification.
• Provide initial guidance on app navigation to encourage regular ordering activity.
• Maintain accurate daily field logs and consistently hit onboard performance targets.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Education: Class 12th pass or any graduate degree.
• Open to freshers as well as candidates with prior field work experience.
• An Android smartphone is strictly required for daily tasks.
• Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable with local travel across retail markets.

Earning Potential & Incentives:

In addition to the daily rate, performance incentives are tied to successful verification, retail shopping completion, and order delivery, offering earnings up to ₹1,550 per eligible retailer onboarded.
