Front Desk Receptionist (Dermatology)

Skinaa Clinic is hiring a Receptionist to manage front desk operations and patient interactions at our Jaipur facility. We provide a supportive environment for dedicated professionals interested in healthcare administration and dermatological patient care.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Welcome patients upon arrival and guide them to appropriate consultation and procedure rooms.
• Handle incoming telephone queries, screen calls, and provide clear information to visitors and callers.
• Maintain a neat, organized reception space equipped with necessary forms, brochures, and supplies.
• Manage front desk administrative workflows including logbook entries, visitor passes, and daily postal deliveries.
• Coordinate appointment calendars, organize travel arrangements, and maintain records of office expenses.
• Assist with general clerical tasks such as filing, document reproduction, transcription, and inventory tracking.
