Fortune Hospital is hiring a Front Office Executive to oversee reception operations and manage patient administration at our Kanpur facility. We are dedicated to maintaining a professional, values-driven healthcare environment focused on quality patient service.
Key Duties:
Welcome hospital visitors, guide them to appropriate departments, and handle incoming queries.
Prepare consulting papers for OPD doctors and manage OPD test billing.
Handle patient documentation for IPD admissions, including credit and corporate records.
Collect daily cash payments and complete official handovers accurately.
Distribute diagnostic test reports to patients in a timely manner.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate degree or formal qualification in business administration (BBA / MBA).
Strong spoken English capabilities and a neat, presentable appearance.
Basic computer skills for billing and record preparation.
Open to candidates with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience, as well as fresh graduates.
