ICU Resident Medical Officer (RMO) Role

Rainbow Specialty Hospital in Kalyani is inviting applications for the role of ICU Resident Medical Officer (RMO). We are seeking motivated and dedicated medical professionals to handle patient monitoring and clinical care within our Intensive Care Unit.

Core Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day clinical management of all ICU patients in close coordination with nursing team leads
• Work directly under the supervision and guidance of senior Consultants
• Conduct regular rounds and attend to all post-operative patients on the day of surgery and during their subsequent stay in the ICU

Candidate Eligibility:

• Primary Qualification: MBBS degree from a recognized institution
• Prior experience of at least 1 year in ICU setup is desirable, though fresh medical graduates with strong clinical passion may also apply
