International Seller Support Executive

MBSPL is hiring professionals for a Seller Support process in Pune. This role requires assisting sellers with queries, ensuring timely resolution, and delivering professional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve seller or customer inquiries efficiently.
• Maintain clear, professional communication during all interactions.
• Document details and update relevant information accurately.
• Follow internal process guidelines and service quality benchmarks.
• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate team when necessary.

Candidate Eligibility:

• E-commerce Background: Prior experience in e-commerce seller support or customer service is preferred, open to both domestic and international backgrounds (minimum B2 communication).
• Other Support Backgrounds: Mandatory international customer service experience with minimum B2+ communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities.

Job Details & Perks:

• Work Mode: Work from Office (Pune, Maharashtra)
• Shift Timings: Rotational shifts, 5.5 working days per week
• Compensation: Up to ₹32,000 CTC per month
