Patent Search Associate - Arctic Invent

Arctic Invent is seeking a dedicated Associate to join our intellectual property team in Noida. In this role, you will work closely with inventors to handle technical aspects of patent applications and deliver detailed patentability search reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze technical disclosures across diverse engineering and technology domains.
• Identify key and novel features from complex technical documents.
• Conduct thorough patentability searches to determine close prior art.
• Support freedom-to-operate (FTO), invalidity, and patent landscape studies.
• Utilize advanced patent databases and search tools such as Google Patents, IEEE, ACM, Espacenet, and Orbit.
• Prepare comprehensive search reports for clients and management.

Candidate Requirements:

• B.Tech degree in CSE, ECE, or a related technical discipline.
• Familiarity with FTO, validity, and invalidity search methodologies.
• Strong grasp of patent search techniques and classification systems.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for client interactions.
• Proficiency in standard office tools including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
