Tendering Engineer - Electrical & Power

Vishwanath Projects Limited is hiring a Tendering Professional to oversee bid management and tender submissions for electrical, power, and infrastructure EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track upcoming tenders across infrastructure, power, and electrical EPC domains.
• Analyze tender documentation, BOQ, technical specifications, and commercial guidelines.
• Prepare rate analyses, accurate cost estimates, and technical/commercial bid files.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to compile necessary inputs and handle tender clarifications.
• Manage online bid submissions on e-procurement portals and track status.
• Prepare EMD, tender fee documentation, and keep track of submission archives.
• Assist in post-bid negotiations and administrative formalities following project awards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline).
• 2 to 15 years of experience in tendering for electrical or infrastructure EPC projects.
• Proficiency in BOQ estimation, rate analysis, and e-procurement portals.
• Strong command of MS Excel along with solid documentation skills.
• Experience with Pave Path Engineering & Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. or BNC Power Projects Ltd. is preferred.
