Warehouse Quality Check - Sundari Silks

Sundari Silks India is seeking a detail-oriented professional for a Warehouse Quality Check position based in Chennai. You will be responsible for inspecting and verifying textile raw materials, garments, and finished goods to ensure adherence to high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming fabrics, yarns, trims, and accessories against approved purchase orders and samples.
• Verify batch numbers, shades, GSM, width, composition, and quantities.
• Identify and segregate defective, damaged, or non-conforming materials including stains, holes, and weave flaws.
• Maintain thorough inspection records, check sheets, and rejection reports.
• Coordinate seamlessly with production, procurement, and warehouse teams to resolve quality discrepancies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in textile, garment, or warehouse quality inspection.
• Familiarity with AQL standards, 4-point fabric inspection, and measurement methods.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
• Strong observation skills with a keen eye for quality deviations.
