Business Manager Ultrasound

We are searching for an experienced Business Manager to direct our Ultrasound product sales across Cardiology, Gynecology, Urology, and General Surgery accounts. In this leadership position, you will head a commercial sales unit to drive order intake, revenue, and margin expansion across India, with future scope for international growth. The role requires a consultative approach to account management, deep healthcare market intelligence, and strong strategic planning aligned with client budget cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the team to hit monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L operating targets (orders, revenue, operating margin, and contribution margin) for the Ultrasound division.
• Build detailed pipeline forecasts and leverage operational sales tools to secure target numbers and manage order backlogs efficiently.
• Formulate yearly commercial strategy across target product categories, medical segments, and geographic zones.
• Cultivate relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, clinical specialists, regulatory bodies, and major healthcare decision-makers.
• Analyze regional market potential to prioritize strategic leads and establish operational targets for regional account teams.
• Coach sales teams on clinical value propositions, technical product positioning, and competitive differentiation in the imaging domain.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent field experience.
• Up to 8 years of proven experience in medical equipment sales or service, specifically within ultrasound or diagnostic imaging.
• Demonstrated expertise in commercial deal negotiation, team leadership, strategic planning, and sales coaching.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
