Campus Security Officer (Safety & Fire)

New Digamber Public School is seeking an experienced Security Officer to oversee campus-wide protection and safety protocols at our Indore premises. The position demands comprehensive management of security operations to safeguard school assets and community members around the clock.

Core Responsibilities:

• Plan, establish, and supervise 24/7 security measures across the entire educational campus.
• Manage access control points, modern surveillance tools, and lifesaving equipment.
• Ensure full adherence to National Building Code (NBC) standards and fire safety guidelines.
• Handle emergency response procedures, safety drills, and incident prevention strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• At least 5 years of security management experience in large campuses such as reputed schools, universities, hotels, or corporate facilities.
• Postgraduate degree supplemented by short courses or diplomas in safety and security management.
• Background in the Armed Forces will be considered a distinct advantage.
• Proficiency in modern security technologies and digital access control systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills, professional grooming, and fluency in English.
