Clinic Manager - Korean Skin & Hair

KorinMi, India's pioneer in Korean skin and hair care treatments, is recruiting an energetic Clinic Manager to lead daily front-desk operations and direct client engagements at our Gurgaon location.

Core Operational Responsibilities:

• Maintain active physical presence at reception during business hours to greet clients and manage overall visitor flow.
• Oversee consultation assignments, direct billing processes, and track patient waiting times.
• Manage team schedules and daily performance for doctors, therapists, and reception staff, including leading morning briefings.
• Ensure smooth CRM updates using Zenoti, handle daily payment reconciliation, and monitor product inventory levels.
• Maintain high cleanliness and service delivery standards across all client touchpoints.

Revenue & Growth Targets:

• Drive weekly and monthly sales performance by monitoring walk-in conversions and consultation outcomes.
• Encourage package renewals, product sales, client referrals, and post-service review generation.
• Analyze daily conversion data to identify and address sales gaps or missed opportunities.

Required Experience & Traits:

• 3 to 5 years of operational management experience within dermatology clinics, aesthetic centers, premium salons, or luxury hospitality setups.
• Proven ability to manage daily revenue goals with strong numerical acumen.
• Disciplined approach with strong staff coaching and leadership capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Fixed monthly compensation between ₹50,000 and ₹60,000.
• Performance-linked financial incentives tied to sales and conversion goals.
