International Patient Support Specialist

Vaidam Health is hiring dedicated specialists to assist international patients with scheduling hospital appointments and facilitating participation in medical camps hosted by the company.

Core Responsibilities:

• Guide international patients through the appointment setup process at medical facilities.
• Coordinate patient arrangements for medical camps organized by Vaidam.
• Deliver clear communication and support throughout the patient care journey.

Required Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency (written, reading, and spoken) in at least one of the following languages: French, Arabic, Russian, or Bengali.
• Strong interpersonal skills suitable for patient assistance.
