Customer Support Executive - B2B Specialist

Innervex Technologies is hiring a Customer Support Executive (Junior Support Executive: SD_V003) for our office in Irugur, Coimbatore. The role reports directly to the Assistant Manager of Support and operates within a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide timely technical support and implementation guidance via phone, email, and electronic channels
• Focus on resolving customer queries on the first contact whenever possible
• Build and sustain client relationships through consistent communication
• Gather market insight, understand client business needs, and assist in closing service terms
• Maintain comprehensive call records and follow quality management procedures

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Commerce graduate (B.Com/M.Com), preferably holding a Management degree
• Open to fresh graduates; prior B2B customer service experience is an advantage
• Fluent written and spoken English communication with accurate keyboarding skills
• Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work extended hours when required
