Tudip Technologies, a CMMI Level 5 technology organization, is looking for a skilled Subject Matter Expert to join our team in Pune. In this role, you will play a critical part in helping our customers navigate technical challenges, master product features, and ensure top-tier support experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries promptly and accurately across phone, email, and chat channels.
Analyze customer requirements and guide users through specific product functionalities and effective workarounds.
Maintain up-to-date documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and ticket notes.
Collaborate with internal teams by sharing valuable product feature requests.
Proactively follow up with clients to guarantee complete resolution of technical problems.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduation or higher degree from a recognized institution.
Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a Customer Support Specialist or in a similar role.
Familiarity with the eLearning domain is considered a strong plus.
Hands-on experience with help desk software and remote support tools.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, free of grammatical errors.
