Dental Clinic Receptionist / Front Desk

Shrivastava Dental Clinic is hiring a confident and organized Front Desk Executive for its center located at Banjari Colony, Kolar Road, Bhopal. This position involves managing front desk duties, organizing patient flow, and handling daily clinic communications.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greeting patients, handling incoming phone calls, and managing WhatsApp queries.
• Scheduling patient appointments and coordinating closely with doctors.
• Maintaining accurate patient database records and CRM documentation.
• Managing routine billing, administrative tasks, and front office management tools (MS Office, clinic software, AI productivity tools).
• Following up with prospective patients to confirm appointments and maintain high clinic service standards.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduation in any stream with at least 1 year of reception experience in a clinic or healthcare environment.
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Proficiency with basic computers, MS Office, and CRM/ERP systems.
• Polite telephone manner, good multitasking skills, and strong punctuality.

Work Schedule & Salary:

• Part-time position with fixed shift options (Morning: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM OR Evening: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
• Fixed salary of ₹7,500 per month along with performance-linked incentive bonuses based on patient follow-up and appointment conversions.
