Health Claim Coordinator Verification

Robust Healthcare Solutions is inviting applications for a Health Claim Coordinator – Telecaller Verification role. This position is fully remote and suitable for fresh graduates with solid communication skills who wish to start a career in healthcare claim verification.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Reach out to patients and medical staff to cross-check hospitalization and health insurance claims.
• Review treatment logs against official guidelines to ensure complete information consistency.
• Compile precise verification summaries and submit reports within targeted turnaround times.
• Maintain proper case files, accurately inputting medical data in line with operating standards.
• Liaise effectively with hospital representatives, claimants, and internal teams.

Applicant Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Bachelor's degree preferred).
• Freshers are eligible to apply.
• Working familiarity with MS Excel and basic computer operations.
• Fluency in regional languages such as Gujarati, Tamil, Malayalam, Marathi, or English.
• Must be based locally in Mumbai.
