Classic Learn is hiring an energetic and target-driven Education Counsellor to join our remote team. We are an online education platform delivering practical learning programs in Robotics, Coding, AI, Data Science, and IoT for students.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage with students and parents via phone calls and WhatsApp to present course details, pricing, and curricula.
Manage incoming enquiries and convert them into successful paid enrollments.
Maintain proper records of all leads and follow-ups within the CRM system.
Meet regular daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong and confident communication skills in both Hindi and English.
A target-oriented attitude with solid convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of computers, internet usage, and WhatsApp.
A smartphone or laptop along with a stable internet connection for remote work.
Freshers with great communication skills are welcome to apply, though prior sales or counselling background is a plus.
Work Schedule & Compensation:
Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday is a weekly off).
Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
Salary Structure: Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives, earning up to ₹10,000 per month.
