Guest Relation Officer - Student Counseling

Santa Monica Study Abroad Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Guest Relation Officer to manage client interactions and provide front-desk coordination for overseas education consulting services.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Malayalam (both spoken and written communication).
• Professional presentation with excellent interpersonal and greeting skills.
• Strong front-office management capabilities and customer handling etiquette.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors, prospective students, and parents at the branch office.
• Handling inbound calls, managing visitor inquiries, and directing candidates to educational counselors.
• Maintaining front-desk coordination, appointment logs, and visitor documentation.
