North East Dream Property Solutions is seeking a talented Interior & Structural Designer to join our team in Guwahati on a full-time basis. We are looking for a detail-oriented professional capable of managing design projects from concept to execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Create comprehensive interior design concepts, floor layouts, and technical working drawings.
Develop basic structural designs and precise structural drawings.
Produce accurate 2D and 3D visual plans.
Align architectural, interior, and structural requirements seamlessly.
Perform site visits to guarantee proper design implementation on the ground.
Collaborate effectively with contractors, vendors, and project teams.
Draft BOQs, detailed material specifications, and cost estimates as needed.
Candidate Requirements:
Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related disciplines.
Mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD software.
Familiarity with SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, or similar design tools is an advantage.
Thorough knowledge of construction materials, measurements, and site execution practices.
Freshers with relevant portfolios and skills are welcome to apply.
Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
