Site Engineer Civil - Balantra Bhuva Build

Balantra Bhuva Builds is urgently hiring a Site Civil Engineer for residential construction projects in Sirumugai. The candidate will oversee complete on-site execution, managing labor, materials, and quality standards from initial marking through final handover.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Direct daily site operations, assign labor tasks, and supervise daily execution to meet project timelines.
• Manage end-to-end site activities including structural marking, setting out, and interpreting construction drawings.
• Execute rigorous quality checks across all stages including footing, columns, slab casting, brickwork, and plastering.
• Maintain accurate site documentation, daily progress reports, material logs, and photo records.
• Communicate technical construction details clearly to clients and guide them on recommended materials and techniques.
• Coordinate material estimation, vendor management, billing measurements, and regular office reporting.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 5 years of site civil engineering experience in residential projects.
• Practical knowledge of Rubble Stone Masonry techniques.
• Fluency in Tamil with basic functional English skills.
• Must possess a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Ability to join immediately.
