International Voice Process Associate AR

Omega Healthcare is conducting direct walk-in interviews for Process Executives and Process Associates in Accounts Receivable (AR) for night shifts. The role involves managing receivables and calling US insurance providers regarding outstanding claims. Full job training will be provided during onboarding.

Core Responsibilities:

• Track pending accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding claims.
• Contact US-based health insurance companies directly via phone calls.
• Review claim statuses and resolve processing delays effectively.
• Maintain accurate computer logs of insurance communications.

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility:

• Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree with strong English speaking skills (MBA graduates are excluded).
• Freshers (0 years experience) and immediate joiners are preferred.
• Age limit: Maximum 28 years.
• Willingness to work night shifts from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to work with minimal supervision.

Salary, Schedule & Benefits:

• Graduates: ₹23,000 CTC (₹18,000 Take Home).
• Non-Graduates / Arrears Students: ₹21,000 CTC (₹16,000 Take Home).
• Fixed weekend off (Saturdays and Sundays).
