Patient Relation Executive Outpatient Dept

PACE Hospitals is hiring a Patient Relation Executive (PRE - OP) for our HITEC City facility to manage outpatient flow and deliver exceptional patient assistance.

Key Duties & Operations:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for outpatient visitors, handling inquiries and guiding patients through clinic procedures.
• Assist gastroenterology department patients with scheduling, registration, and consultation routines.
• Maintain effective communication between medical staff and patients to ensure smooth care delivery.
• Address front-desk patient queries promptly to maintain high standards of patient satisfaction.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Qualification: Any Graduate, Bachelor of Hospital Administration (BHA), or Master of Hospital Administration (MHA).
• Experience: 1 to 3 years (prior experience in Gastroenterology department is mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills suitable for a fast-paced hospital environment.
