Senior Duty Nurse - IVF & Fertility Care

Sree Fertility Center in Kondapur, Hyderabad is looking for a dedicated Duty Nurse to join our specialized clinical team. We provide comprehensive fertility care, including IVF, IUI, ICSI, and advanced reproductive treatments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate patient treatments, diagnostic schedules, and fertility procedures such as IVF and IUI.
• Manage patient waiting lists, treatment cycles, embryo transfers, and retrieval schedules.
• Assess patient health, plan personalized care, and guide individuals step-by-step through the treatment journey.
• Explain complex clinical instructions regarding embryology, medications, and self-administered hormone injections to reduce patient anxiety.
• Verify mandatory legal documents, marriage certificates, and consent forms prior to medical procedures.
• Monitor department inventory levels and maintain adequate stocks of medical supplies and drugs weekly.

Requirements & Expectations:

• Strong understanding of patient care, nursing protocols, and clinical communication.
• Readiness to participate in a rotation schedule covering weekend shifts when required.
