R&D Specialist - Product Innovation Lead

EvinceDev (Evince Development) is seeking an experienced R&D Specialist in Ahmedabad to lead end-to-end product development cycles, drive technological innovation, and align research efforts with overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze emerging technologies and industry trends to define the organization's forward-looking innovation strategy.
• Design, construct, and validate functional prototypes, continuously refining solutions for scalability and performance.
• Work alongside engineering, operations, and marketing teams to ensure research initiatives meet strategic company objectives.
• Establish thorough testing protocols, manage technical documentation, and collaborate with QA to guarantee high product reliability.
• Supervise project budgets and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery without compromising output quality.
• Identify early-stage product risks and deploy comprehensive mitigation frameworks.
• Present project updates, research findings, and technical reports directly to executive leadership.
• Guide junior researchers and foster an internal culture of continuous learning and creative problem-solving.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in advanced research methodologies and full product lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional projects and optimize designs using real-world performance metrics.
• Strong background in risk assessment, budget administration, and project scheduling.
