Receptionist & Patient Telecaller

Dr Mallick Dental Centre LLP is hiring a Receptionist / Patient Coordinator for their Pitampura clinic. This role involves managing patient calls, coordinating appointment schedules, and handling front desk administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming inquiries and make outbound calls to existing and prospective patients.
• Schedule, confirm, and update dental consultation appointments on system software.
• Send timely appointment reminders and follow up on missed visits or ongoing treatment plans.
• Guide callers on basic clinic services, consultation hours, and active treatment packages.
• Coordinate closely with in-house dentists and front desk staff to maintain smooth daily scheduling.
• Log call details accurately and address patient queries with high professionalism.

Candidate Requirements:

• Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi with professional phone etiquette.
• Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with WhatsApp and scheduling tools.
• Prior experience in telecalling, front desk desk admin, or clinic environments preferred.
• Freshers possessing strong communication abilities are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of basic dental terminology and patient counseling is a plus.
