Core Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain high-performance web applications built on Ruby on Rails.
• Apply proven design patterns and structural architecture throughout the development lifecycle.
• Architect MySQL database schemas and perform query optimization for scalability.
• Implement RESTful services and build robust API integrations.
• Monitor application performance and analyze codebase metrics using tools such as New Relic.
• Manage background workloads using Redis and Sidekiq for efficient DB caching.
• Utilize Git and establish Git Flow strategies for seamless code integration.
• Assist in application deployment and infrastructure scaling on AWS environments.

Candidate Profile:

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails development.
• Proven background working on large-scale, high-traffic web applications.
• Educational background: BE, B.Tech, MCA, or M.Tech degree in any major stream.
