Sales Executive for Dhyeya IAS Lucknow

Dhyeya IAS is hiring a Sales Executive for its Lucknow branch. As one of India's leading civil services coaching institutions, Dhyeya IAS prepares aspirants for UPSC, UPPCS, and State Civil Services exams. We are looking for a goal-driven individual to join our admissions team, assist prospective candidates, and manage enrollment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with prospective students and parents through inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide detailed course counseling to explain the features, benefits, and unique value of Dhyeya IAS programs.
• Convert course inquiries into successful admissions to meet target goals.
• Track, update, and manage candidate interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with academic and marketing teams to align admission strategies.
• Maintain consistent follow-ups with leads via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Represent the institute at educational seminars, promotional events, and webinars as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (background in UPSC preparation or sales is preferred).
• 0 to 3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, or candidate counseling, ideally within the education sector.
• Strong verbal communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and structured lead handling.
• Ability to perform under target-driven environments with a positive, team-oriented approach.
