Requirements & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles is preferred, though fresh candidates with strong skills may apply.
• Typing speed of 45+ words per minute with strong written English communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with demonstrated problem-solving abilities and high attention to detail.
• Willingness to work in flexible rotational shifts (no night shifts involved).
• Applicants residing in South Kolkata are preferred.

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage direct communications and query resolution for students across various academic programs.
