Employee Number Zero LLC is looking for an engineer to manage technical operations for a Malaysian ecommerce platform affiliate system.
Your core responsibilities cover:
Application monitoring and uptime maintenance
Bug triage and resolution using GitHub Issues
Supabase database management including backups and integrity checks
n8n automation workflow and third-party integrations upkeep
Implementing minor features and site updates
Handling security patches and incident notifications within 24 hours
Communicating with clients via Discord and WhatsApp during operational hours
You will be held accountable to these SLAs:
P1 critical issues: respond within 2 hours, resolve in 4 business hours
P2 high priority: respond within 4 hours, resolve in 2 business days
P3 medium priority: respond within 8 hours, resolve in 5 business days
Required technical stack:
Supabase and PostgreSQL
React JavaScript and TypeScript
REST APIs and webhooks
Git and GitHub
n8n automation tools
Strong written English proficiency
Additional details: Malaysian public holidays are observed, all work product belongs to the client, and you report directly to the agency lead. Claude Code is provided for use with caution.
