UKG is looking for a skilled IT Software Engineer (ServiceNow Developer) to join our hybrid team in Bangalore. You will play a key role in managing ITIL processes, driving service operations, and ensuring high-performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Change, Incident, Request, Problem, and Knowledge management service operations.
Drive Major Incidents to resolution and lead ITSM review meetings and Change Advisory Boards.
Design, monitor, and report on Critical Success Factors (CSFs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Create real-time dashboards and reports to enhance service management efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
3 to 6 years of hands-on experience in ITIL processes operations.
ITIL 4 Foundation certification is required.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
