Chat Support Associate - Tech Support

MTAP Technologies is looking for a Chat Support Associate to join our team in Gurugram, handling direct user communications and delivering prompt resolutions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Engage with users via live chat to deliver timely, accurate, and professional support regarding our products and services.
• Investigate specific customer issues, partnering with internal technical teams to resolve queries efficiently.
• Gather user feedback and analyze root causes of common inquiries to help refine product operations.
• Gather necessary information from clients, make sound decisions, and recommend the best solutions for reported problems.

Candidate Requirements:

• 6 months to 1 year of prior experience in customer support or chat operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Solid interpersonal capabilities with a collaborative and adaptable approach to work.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
