Director Product Management Leader

Procol Tech is looking for a Director of Product to lead our product team in Gurugram and drive the evolution of our B2B procurement automation platform.

Core Responsibilities:

• Formulate product strategy and plan quarterly roadmaps that align with long-term business goals.
• Lead product initiatives from initial problem discovery and conceptualization through execution and public rollout.
• Set clear OKRs, write precise technical specifications, and establish efficient delivery timelines.
• Work alongside engineering, UX design, data science, and marketing teams to build intuitive enterprise tools.
• Coordinate with executive leadership and external stakeholders to guide key product charters.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 5 to 6 years of core Product Management experience.
• At least 3 years of hands-on software engineering background.
• Proven track record of taking 0-to-1 platform products to market.
• Strong analytical mindset, data-first thinking, and deep business orientation.
• Self-motivated operational style capable of prioritizing complex feature backlogs.
