Creative Visual Designer (Night Shift)

Astha Technology Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a skilled Creative Visual Designer to work on-site in Surat. The position focuses on crafting high-impact digital graphics, motion assets, and short-form video content tailored for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and global client accounts.

Core Responsibilities:

• Design creative graphics for digital media, landing pages, banners, and promotional ads.
• Produce and edit short-form promotional videos, reels, and digital brand content.
• Develop motion graphics, visual transitions, animated elements, and typography effects.
• Utilize modern AI tools to generate innovative images and video materials.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and creative squads to fulfill project briefs.
• Pitch fresh concepts that align with specific campaign strategies and client requirements.
• Keep pace with emerging design, video editing, and AI-driven content generation trends.
• Manage multiple design deliverables concurrently while adhering to project timelines.

Candidate Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in visual, graphic, or multimedia design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Figma, Canva, or CapCut.
• Solid foundation in layout structuring, typography, color balance, and motion design.
• Practical exposure to AI image and video creation tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Kling).
• Strong creative problem-solving skills, sharp attention to detail, and good teamwork.
• A comprehensive portfolio featuring graphic design, motion work, and video editing samples.
