Tilfi is looking for a Customer Experience and Sales Advisor to join our team in Delhi. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, guiding them with care, in-depth product knowledge, and a strong belief in high-quality homegrown craft.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer assistance across live chat, email, phone, and social media platforms.
Coordinate closely with our Varanasi operational teams and use internal software to process, track, and fulfill client orders.
Address shipping or dispatch challenges promptly, maintaining patience and professionalism.
Proactively recommend creative solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Candidate Requirements:
Hands-on entrepreneurial mindset with strong organization and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling accuracy.
Keen interest in apparel, design, and sustainable fashion trends.
Proficiency with basic web applications, computers, and spreadsheets (Excel).
