Furniture & Interior Sales Consultant

CRIB FACTORY Furnitures & Interiors is hiring a Furniture & Interior Sales Consultant for our Neyyattinkara unit. This position involves managing sales leads, guiding clients on custom wooden furniture and interior solutions, and ensuring smooth customer communication from initial inquiry to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries received via direct visits, phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media channels
• Recommend furniture products (sofas, beds, dining sets, storage units) based on client space requirements and budgets
• Conduct initial interior project discussions, schedule site measurements, and prepare sales proposals
• Maintain records of active leads, quotations, and sales metrics using Excel or Google Sheets
• Coordinate with accounts, workshop, and delivery teams to confirm order specifications and timelines
• Work toward achieving assigned monthly business development targets

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory; working knowledge of English or Hindi is beneficial
• Prior experience in furniture showrooms, modular interiors, or home furnishings sales is preferred
• Freshers with strong interpersonal and persuasion skills are welcome to apply
• Basic computer literacy, including spreadsheet tracking skills
