My Haul Store (MHS) is looking for a Discovery Executive to join our team in Bengaluru on a full-time basis. We are a fast-growing e-commerce and content-driven brand curating modern lifestyle products.
Key Responsibilities:
Research and identify influencers across Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and social channels.
Analyze audience demographics, engagement rates, and performance metrics.
Pitch partnerships, negotiate terms, and build relationships with creators.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align creator content with brand goals.
Track campaign performance and measure success metrics.
Requirements:
0 to 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, talent scouting, or digital marketing.
Strong research, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
Passionate about social media trends and digital content.
Perks & Benefits:
Salary ranging from ₹25,000 to ₹40,000 per month (3 LPA - 5 LPA).
