Customer Relationship Executive CRE Role

Sathish Ventures Housing Pvt Ltd is hiring a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) for our office in Kovilpalayam, Coimbatore. In this role, you will handle property inquiries, schedule site visits, and assist homebuyers through the booking and documentation process.

Core Responsibilities:

• Follow up on campaign leads via phone, email, WhatsApp, and SMS
• Coordinate customer site visits in partnership with the sales team
• Log customer interactions and update lead status in the CRM software
• Guide clients through booking details, paperwork, and registration steps
• Address customer queries prompt and report progress using daily/weekly activity logs
• Work toward monthly targets regarding customer engagement and booked visits

Candidate Profile:

• Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Experience: 0–3 years in real estate, customer support, or sales (Freshers are welcome to apply)
• Familiarity with MS Office and basic computer applications
• Strong persuasive communication, target-driven mindset, and professional attitude
