Saket Promoters is seeking a qualified Purchase Executive for a full-time position based in Kolkata. The ideal candidate will oversee procurement workflows, vendor relations, and inventory coordination across real estate projects.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct vendor research and evaluate incoming supplier proposals.
Negotiate terms, contracts, and competitive pricing structures with vendors.
Track inventory levels and issue purchase orders to maintain material supply.
Verify and document incoming shipments against original purchase records.
Inspect the quality of delivered products to ensure standards are met.
Coordinate with warehouse personnel for efficient inventory handling and storage.
Required Profile:
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in procurement or purchasing management.
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
