Shrachi is hiring senior professionals for Assistant General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager positions within our BTLEPC division in Kolkata.
Core Responsibilities:
Drive project execution across erection, fabrication, and commissioning stages.
Manage project planning, cross-functional coordination, site monitoring, and client relations.
Supervise cost management, site budgeting, client billing, and manpower utilization.
Oversee site compliance, store management, vendor relations, and overall site administration.
Candidate Requirements:
15 to 25 years of relevant industry experience.
Strong background in Coal Handling Plant (CHP) or Ash Handling Plant (AHP) project construction and management.
Proven ability to manage large-scale site operations and cross-functional teams.
