Data Entry Specialist - Saffronart Corp

Saffronart Management Corporation is seeking a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate company data and managing essential records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, collate, and verify documents, materials, and information for accurate entry.
• Transcribe source data into electronic formats and perform high-volume data entry using spreadsheets and databases.
• Maintain electronic filing systems, secure confidential information, and verify data integrity against sources.
• Conduct research for incomplete materials and retrieve data as requested by teams.
• Collaborate closely with specialists, sales teams, and various departments.
• Handle clerical duties such as filing, scanning, printing, and assisting with client queries, phone calls, and gallery visitors.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• 10+2 certificate or a Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience in data entry is desirable but not mandatory.
• Strong computer literacy, familiarity with MS Office, and basic database knowledge.
• Good written and spoken English communication skills.
• High attention to detail, accuracy in repetitive tasks, and strong time management.
