Ashraya Legal LLP is currently hiring a detail-oriented Junior Advocate in Mumbai to support the firm with daily litigation matters, drafting, and research.
Core Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive legal research on laws, judgments, and legal procedures.
Draft legal notices, petitions, applications, replies, affidavits, and agreements.
Represent and assist with court proceedings, filings, hearings, and follow-ups.
Prepare concise case briefs, chronologies, document lists, and argument notes.
Organize and maintain litigation files, records, and scheduled hearing dates.
Liaise professionally with clients, court personnel, and fellow advocates.
Manage timely procedural compliances and case status updates.
Candidate Requirements:
Hold an LL.B. degree from an accredited institution.
Enrolled with the State Bar Council with a valid Certificate of Practice.
Possess 0 to 2 years of relevant legal and litigation experience.
Familiarity with MS Office and digital legal research tools.
