Executive Legal - Contracts & Compliance

GreatWhite Global is seeking an experienced Executive - Legal to join the legal department at the Mumbai head office. The role encompasses comprehensive contract lifecycle management, factory compliance oversight, and pan-India legal support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize national and international commercial agreements including supply, procurement, and sales contracts.
• Maintain and update the Management Information System (MIS) for all active contracts.
• Manage physical and digital document storage, scanning, and expiry tracking with timely department alerts.
• Conduct factory visits, monitor compliance checklists across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly intervals, and stay updated on legal metrology laws.
Draft and vet general legal documentation, including legal notices and replies.
• Prepare and submit detailed weekly work reports and handle ad-hoc corporate legal assignments.
• Travel across India as required by business operations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B.) or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Strong analytical mindset, exceptional attention to detail, and adaptability in dynamic settings.
• Flexibility for business-related travel.
