Digital Storyteller - DaVinci Resolve

Sami Francillon is seeking a Digital Storyteller to join a lean, remote video production team targeting UK audiences. The role combines creative direction, video editing, and visual graphic design within an agile framework.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead video editing and post-production using DaVinci Resolve with an emphasis on storytelling and audio-visual design.
• Direct content strategy in coordination with the team leader and audience research findings.
• Design graphic assets and visual branding materials for various social media platforms.
• Participate in daily 11:00 AM IST Scrum check-ins to review production progress and align creative goals.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 2 years of proven hands-on video editing experience.
• Advanced proficiency in DaVinci Resolve and general graphic design software.
• Solid understanding of audience engagement and structured video pacing.
• Ability to work effectively in a small, fast-paced team environment.

Work Setup & Schedule:

• 4-day workweek from Monday to Thursday (10:00 AM to 6:00 PM IST).
• Fully remote setup with company-funded co-working space access.
