Dispatch & Store Assistant - VINSAK Mumbai

VINSAK is hiring an immediate-joiner for the position of Dispatch cum Store Assistant at our Navi Mumbai facility to manage everyday inventory records, shipping paperwork, and warehouse dispatch logistics.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process and check GRNs, sales orders, delivery challans, and tax invoices.
• Manage accounts payable (AP) invoices for physical goods.
• Organize dispatch operations, logistics scheduling, and supervise loading/unloading tasks.
• Monitor active shipments to ensure on-time customer delivery.
• Maintain thorough documentation and logs for all outgoing dispatches.

Candidate Profile & Requirements:

• Graduate degree in any discipline (Commerce graduates preferred).
• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in store logistics or dispatch operations.
• Working familiarity with MS Excel and computer systems (knowledge of SAP is a major plus).
• Clear communication skills and strong reliability.
