Logistics All Rounder Operations Specialist

Zobello is hiring an experienced Logistics All Rounder to ensure smooth daily operations, handle international freight workflows, and manage core supply chain tasks across our Delhi office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Logistics Manager to execute and oversee new logistics initiatives.
• Manage customs formalities and maintain current knowledge of tariff regulations and Harmonized System (HS) Codes.
• Track sea-air freight rates, evaluate transport services, and coordinate shipment progress.
• Liaise directly with haulers, overseas shipping agents, and key suppliers.
• Schedule incoming inventory for warehouse receipt and manage administrative document processing.
• Review haulage invoices for accuracy and coordinate payment releases with the banking team.

Candidate Requirements:

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience in a similar supply chain or logistics role.
• Strong grasp of written and spoken English with solid numerical and analytical abilities.
• Background in customs affairs, freight forwarding, and transport rate negotiations.
• Proactive problem solver with high initiative, flexibility, and strong team collaboration skills.
• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in Logistics or Operations Management preferred.
