CricHeroes is looking for an Interactive Web Experience Designer with 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience to build intuitive digital interfaces, landing pages, and web experiences for millions of grassroots cricketers worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
Design responsive web pages, landing screens, user flows, and wireframes in Figma using auto-layout, design systems, and components
Convert UI designs into working web pages using clean HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Create micro-interactions, motion graphics, match graphics, and animated live score tickers using Lottie, After Effects, or Rive
Leverage AI tools for design exploration, prototyping, content creation, and front-end coding
Optimize web assets and landing pages for cross-browser performance, accessibility, and SEO
Work closely with technical teams to ensure pixel-perfect delivery from design hand-off to production
Required Experience & Qualifications:
36 to 48 months of experience in UI/UX design, web design, or interactive digital media
Strong portfolio demonstrating responsive web design, layout principles, and interaction design
Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator
Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript execution
Keen interest in sports, cricket, or fan-centric platforms
Bonus: Exposure to React, Framer, Webflow, Three.js, Spline, or 3D/broadcast graphics
