Mass Communications Teacher for NIOS

Vidya & Child, an NGO based in Noida, is looking for a dedicated teacher for the NIOS Programme (Classes 9 to 12) focusing on Mass Communications.

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:45 AM – 4:15 PM (Physical mode only).

Key Responsibilities:

• Teach journalism, media literacy, advertising, and public relations fundamentals.
• Design lesson plans fostering critical thinking and effective communication.
• Organize practical activities like debates, news reading, role-plays, and media projects.
• Assist students in producing newsletters, posters, and short videos.
• Promote ethical media usage and leadership through group projects.
• Evaluate student performance via presentations and assignments.
• Collaborate with staff to integrate communication skills across subjects.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Prior teaching or training background.
• Strong command of English and Hindi.
• Ability to guide first-generation learners with creative approaches.
